Trauma-Informed Counselling in White Rock & South Surrey
Relational, grounded therapy for women
At Eos Counselling, therapy is a collaborative process rooted in safety, curiosity, and genuine human connection. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and inner dynamics that may be shaping your life so you can move toward greater clarity, steadiness, and authenticity.

A Human-Centred Approach to Counselling
At Eos Counselling, therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you.
It’s about understanding how your experiences have shaped you—and reconnecting with who you are beneath the patterns, pressure, and expectations you’ve been carrying.

My approach is non-pathologizing, curiosity-led, and deeply relational. I don’t position myself as an expert above you, but as someone walking alongside you—supporting you in making sense of your inner world and your lived experience.

I believe that people are not broken, and that most of what you’re experiencing makes sense in context.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the deeper layers of your experience so that change feels meaningful, sustainable, and truly your own.

My role is to help you reconnect with your inner resources, your resilience, and your capacity to move forward in a way that feels aligned.
Trauma-Informed, Relational, and Somatic
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and body-aware practices—but more importantly, it’s grounded in how those approaches feel in the room.

Your experiences are understood in context, not in isolation, and we move at your pace without pressure or urgency. Therapy is collaborative rather than prescriptive, with space to explore both your inner world and your nervous system in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
This approach is especially supportive for those navigating:
-
Complex or developmental trauma
-
Relational wounds and attachment challenges
-
Anxiety, chronic stress, or burnout
-
Life transitions such as separation, identity shifts, or career change
-
A sense of disconnection, stuckness, or emotional overwhelm

A Little More About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who finds meaning in connection, creativity, and the quieter moments of life.

I’m inspired by the ocean, by art and storytelling, and by the ways people show up for each other in small, meaningful ways. I believe in growth that unfolds naturally when we’re given the right conditions, and I bring that same energy into the work we do together.
